- For the people who are working together - the workers in the factory and the company's office - they must be guaranteed labor safety, have a reasonable salary, bonus, fair management regime, hours reasonable work, safe and progressive working conditions.
- Employees must have the right to make suggestions, say things that are not satisfied.
- There must be advancement opportunities for those who qualify and each person must be considered on the basis of their dignity and ability.
- Incompetent and unsuitable individuals must be released promptly and fairly quickly so that they can find a new and suitable working environment early and suitable.
